1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after we receive your order and confirm your payment.
- Order Verification: For your protection, we may perform a routine verification on certain orders. This can occasionally add up to 1 business day to the processing time. If this affects your order, we will notify you promptly.
- Order Modifications or Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at jeeyjk061@163.com immediately. We can only accommodate requests made before your order has entered the packing and shipping stage.
2. Shipping Destinations & Methods
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the European Union. Shipping options and costs vary by destination and cart value.
Standard Shipping:
- United States: Free on orders over $50. Delivery in 7-14 business days after shipment.
- International (Canada, UK, AU, EU): Calculated at checkout. Delivery in 10-25 business days after shipment.
Express Shipping:
- Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.
- Delivery typically within 5-10 business days after shipment for most international destinations.
Important Notes:
- The stated 2-5 business day processing time occurs before the carrier shipping times listed above. Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
- Customs, Duties & Import Taxes: For international orders, the recipient is solely responsible for paying any and all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or VAT charged by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are payable directly to the carrier or local tax authority upon delivery.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress. You can also check the status by logging into your account on our website.
4. Delivery & Responsibility
- Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- Delivery Completion: Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once the carrier’s tracking system shows the package as “delivered” or “available for pickup.” OfferBox is not responsible for loss or theft after this point.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, refusal, or recipient unavailability, and the package is returned to us, any fees for reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
5. Shipping Issues
- Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no movement or updates for 15 business days (international) or 10 business days (domestic), please contact us immediately so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
- Damaged Upon Arrival: If your order arrives with visible damage to the product or packaging, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email jeeyjk061@163.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
