If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, store credit, or exchange, in accordance with the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Be in new, unused, and original condition.
- Be in their original, undamaged packaging with all included parts, accessories, manuals, and tags.
- The return process must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the date you received your order.
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
- Any product that has been installed, used, altered, or damaged.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Opened software or digital products.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Our Support Team: Email us at jeeyjk061@163.com within the 30-day return window. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Receive Authorization & Instructions: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return shipping instructions. Returns sent without a valid RMA number may not be processed.
- Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in the original or equivalent protective packaging. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the return address we provide. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as OfferBox is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
3. Refunds
- Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria.
- We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days. Please note that your bank or payment processor may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is a result of our error (see Section 6).
4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for items that are defective or that we shipped incorrectly. If you need to exchange an item for one of these reasons, please contact us at jeeyjk061@163.com with your order details and supporting photos or video. We will arrange the return and shipment of the replacement item.
5. Final Sale & Promotional Items
- All “Final Sale” or “Clearance” purchases are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
- Items purchased using a promotional discount may only be eligible for store credit, equal to the final sale price paid.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jeeyjk061@163.com.
- Include your order number and clear photographs or video showing the product issue and its packaging.
- We will arrange for a prepaid return shipping label and, upon receipt of the returned item, promptly ship a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
